We work exclusively by order to guarantee freshness and detail: we don't keep cakes in a display case. Message us on WhatsApp with your event date, guest count and theme, and July will personally advise you on design and flavors. The sooner you write, the easier it is to secure your spot on the calendar.

Not just the same: we commit to making it better. We love it when you bring references. We analyze your idea and suggest adaptations to make it uniquely yours, with hand-modeled fondant or chocolate figures, or creative options like custom toppers. Our signature is exceeding the expectation, not copying it.

Three things: your event date, to secure the spot; the number of servings, to define the size and whether you need one or more tiers; and the design or theme, because the level of detail is what most affects the final price. You can give us all three in a minute using our quote tool, and the message reaches July already assembled.

Sponges: classic vanilla, intense chocolate with 70% cacao, red velvet, orange, and carrot with walnuts. Fillings: chocolate ganache, homemade dulce de leche, red berries, cream cheese, and passion fruit. If you can't decide, July recommends chocolate sponge with red berry filling: the fruit's acidity cuts through the chocolate's sweetness.

It depends on the technique. A buttercream cake or a bento cake needs a minimum of 48 hours. A fondant cake needs 4 days, and a sculpture or 3D figures need 5. This isn't stubbornness: fondant and modeling set by gravity, and rushing the process makes the figure warp or collapse. If your date is very close, we'll offer you a beautiful alternative in buttercream with high-quality printed toppers.

Once the design and budget are agreed, we ask for a 50% deposit to book your date. Without a deposit, the date isn't reserved. Payment must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event: that's what lets us buy fresh ingredients and prepare the decorations with the care you deserve.

In Ecuador, bank transfer. If you're abroad organizing a surprise for someone in Cuenca, we accept Zelle, PayPal, and card payment through PayPhone. Tell us where you're writing from and we'll send you the most convenient option.

The price depends on three things: the size in servings, the complexity of the design, and delivery. Since every cake is unique, July confirms the exact price once she knows your idea. Tell us what you have in mind on WhatsApp and she'll get back to you with the details.

Yes, and it's the option we recommend most. Our delivery service isn't simple shipping: it's peace of mind insurance. We have a conditioned vehicle and a driver experienced in moving delicate cakes, and we take responsibility for your cake arriving intact at your table. The cost varies by area of Cuenca.

We don't hand cakes over to motorbike services, including delivery apps. The vibration and tilt of the backpack destroy the structure and decoration, and we don't want you receiving a broken piece. If you need it delivered elsewhere in the city, our own delivery service is the safe option.

Of course, you can pick it up at our workshop. Keep in mind that once it's in your hands, transport is your responsibility. You'll need a vehicle with a flat surface (the passenger floor or an empty trunk with a non-slip mat), air conditioning on, and smooth driving with no hard braking. Cakes can never travel on your lap or on sloped seats: body heat melts the frosting and the movement deforms them.

Yes, and we do it often. We become your accomplice: we coordinate the design with you over WhatsApp, accept Zelle, PayPal or PayPhone, and send you photos and video of both the process and the delivery so you have complete peace of mind from wherever you are. We can also include a custom card with your message.
